Simon Oh
Simon is an Assistant Professor of Finance at Columbia Business School. He studies how investors and markets price and share risk, increasingly with the help of AI tools. Before his Ph.D. at the University of Chicago, he worked at AQR and Forefront Capital, and before that he studied finance and electrical engineering at Penn. More recently, he joined the Google Higher Ed Faculty AI Fellowship. In his spare time, he vibe-codes apps for students, friends, and family, with mixed but improving results.
